Overview

Set up flexible conditions to automate the approval of return requests and improve the efficiency of return management.

How it works?

Currently, you can set the following five types of conditions with trigger logic of and, or, no condition required, etc;

  • Order risk level

    Based on Shopify's order risk, and fraud analysis, merchants can block risky orders.

  • Return reason Merchants can select preset return reasons.

  • Return solution Merchants can choose from all return solutions, including refund to original payment method、refund to store discount, refund to store gift card, and replacement with the same item.

  • Return shipping method

    Supports direct integration, and shipping with label.

  • Return value

    To reduce the cost of returns for merchants, you can choose the value of the return.

  • Return shipment from Specific countries or regions can be selected from the activated markets.

  • Customer amount spent Identify high-value customers and better service for high-value customers.

An action can only be applied to one workflow, and the workflow must be activated to take effect for newly submitted return requests; however, merchants have the option to test the auto-agree process for a particular order, as shown below:

Automatically approved return requests will have specific markings and can also be filtered by the merchant in the Returns Management list.
