Pay for labels with the discount rate

Overview

The balance is applicable for payment of labels directly integration. The payment method for this is a credit card recharge. Each recharge record will be displayed as shown in the following list:

Balance calculation method

Balance = (Accumulated recharge amount + label refunded amount + rewards amount)- (Label fee deducted from balance amount + balance refunded amount)

We recommend that under using direct integration, please make sure that you have a sufficient balance, the balance will not be able to generate labels if it is not enough to cover the label fee, as shown below:

Rewards policy

Once the rewards are issued, rewards cannot be refunded, regardless of whether they have been utilized or not. The refundable balance will be deducted from the reward amount first. Rewards amount can be used to pay for labels created by direct integration. By accepting these rewards, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this rewards non-refundable policy.
