Free return service pricing

Overview

Merchants can customize flexible free return service pricing tailored to their return rates, return shipping costs, product weight and size, and unique business needs.

Pricing method

  • Fixed (recommended)

  • Percentage

About fixed pricing

Fixed pricing will not be affected by cart value

How to set it: Based on your return operations, such as average return cost and return rate, we recommend setting the fixed price for free return services to be greater than or equal to: Average Return Cost × Return Rate

Implementation logic: When you publish the Free Return Service widget, the system will automatically create a non-shippable, digital free return service product, which will be automatically hidden from your store’s homepage.

About percentage pricing

Percentage-Based pricing will be calculated based on cart value

How to set it: Based on your return operations, such as average order value, average return cost, and return rate, we recommend setting the free return service percentage to be greater than or equal to: (Average Return Cost per Order ÷ Average Order Value) × Return Rate

Implementation logic: When you publish the Free Return Service widget, the system will automatically create a digital free return service product with 100 SKUs, which does not require shipping, and it will be automatically hidden from your store’s homepage.
