Necessary condition
The necessary condition to add the Returns widget to the Order Status page in Shopify's Account page is that the merchant must have enabled the New Customer Account edit permission, as shown below:
Step 1. Go to the return page return widget section
Find the Add widget section. You can check the language, title, description, and button name of the widget, and the second image shows the expected style of the widget on the order status page in the new account page, then click on the Add widget to be redirected to the Shopify order status edit page.
Step 2. Add the returns widget to your expected postion, remember to check and save!
On the order status edit page, click the Add app block button, find the Returns widget and click it, remember to save it.
Finally, customers who are already logged in to the order status page log in directly to the Return page to quickly submit a return request without having to enter an order and email match.
